Lakeyo is here for you! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, don’t fret, we’re totally happy to accept monetary returns

 

Please read the return requirements below: 

  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Item/s must have Lakeyo swing tags, care labels & any other form of tags attached. 
  • Item/s marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • Item/s that are lingerie, underwear, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Item/s must have hygiene stickers in place for hygiene reasons. (this applies to swimwear & bodysuits). 
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

Please understand that Lakeyo has the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which do not pass the requirements above. In this case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs will not be covered by Lakeyo. 

Please that if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be returned the cost of shipping when we receive your return. 

Exchanges

Something doesn’t fit quite right? Lakeyo does accept exchanges if the sizing is not correct. Simply return the wrong sized item ASAP and we will give you a full monetary refund which can be used to purchase the correct size. Please email returns@lakeyo.com to facilitate your exchange.

Returns & Exchanges from Australia

All return and exchanges shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item/s is deemed to be faulty by the Lakeyo team. 

Please email returns@lakeyo.com with your order number and reason for the return to facilitate your return. 

All returns must be made within 14 days of the order delivery date, unless otherwise specified by one of the Lakeyo customer service team members. 

Returns will take approximately 5-7 business days to process once the item/s has been received by the returns team at the Lakeyo warehouse. 

Returns & Exchanges from the US 

All return & exchanges shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item/s is deemed to be faulty by the Lakeyo team.

Refunds for Faulty Items 

Lakeyo has a stringent inspection process before any product is sent out. However if you encounter a faulty item, please email us at returns@lakeyo.com ASAP. Please make sure you have photographic evidence of the fault. If the piece is deemed faulty by the Lakeyo team, we will facilitate a full monetary refund. 

If your product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will replace this for you within 14 days of the order delivery date. 

Please read the damaged / faulty item requirements below: 

  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Item/s must have Lakeyo swing tags, care labels & any other form of tags attached. 
  • Item/s advertised and sold with the damage / fault cannot be returned for that damage / fault.
  • Item/s must have hygiene stickers in place for hygiene reasons. (this applies to swimwear & bodysuits). 
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
